Policy for SmartLink Products
SmartLink NIC (Network Interface
Card One Year or Lifetime Warranty, The one year warranty is limited
to certain agreements with vendors please have your serial number available
for verification
SmartLink Modems--- Two-Year
Warranty
Archtek America Corporation
warrants this product for a period of one(1) year following the initial
date of purchase. During this period, the modem can be returned for repair/replacement.
SmartLink
UPS Products---Limited Three-Year Warranty
Archtek America Corporation
warrants this product for a period of one (1) year following the initial
date of purchase. However, the battery and labor are warranted for only
one year. During this period, a defective UPS can be returned for repair/replacement.
For years two and three, there will be a charge for labor only.
SmartLink PCMCIA Modems/PCMCIA
Ethernet Adapters---One-Year Warranty
Archtek America Corporation warrants this
product for a period of one (1) year following the initial date of purchase.
After this time, no service will be provided.
SmartLink Hubs & Switches---One-Year
Warranty
Archtek America Corporation warrants this product for
a period of one (1) year following the initial date of purchase. After
this time, no service will be provided.
General Conditions
Should an Archtek product become defective
within the warranty period, ARCHTEK AMERICA will elect to repair or replace
it PROVIDED that customers get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
(RMA#) and the merchandise is delivered at the customer痴 expense to ARCHTEK
AMERICA. Endusers with an address outside the United States and Canada
must prepay return postage.
THERE
ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, THAT APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT FOLLOWING THE PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS
WARRANTY PROVIDED BY ARCHTEK AMERICA CORPORATION. ARCHTEK AMERICA CORPORATION
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
